    Shiver me timbers, it’s The Pirate Bay! This torrent site has been famously infamous, with its founders being bent over and ass-fucked by the Swedish government on piracy and other charges. The Pirate Bay is easily one of the biggest torrent sites out there and packed to the rafters is it, with goodies that range from movies to video games and porn of the legal and grossly illegal kind. Understandably, not a few governments and corporations regard it unfavorably and would atom bomb its servers to smithereens if they could get away with it!

If you are not a technical person or new to torrents, then The Pirate Bay seems like an excellent choice for getting your feet wet. But then, I am getting a bit ahead of myself.

    This torrent site has been around since Methuselah was pimping out Lot’s wife or something and you gotta give it its dues. While I found The Pirate Bay super-easy to use, there’s not as much stuff as I supposed and the risks of downloading content that’s gonna burn your ass is always there.

    I would say that The Pirate Bay is more than good enough for the purpose. It easily and sweetly does the job, but not so impressively that you want to buy the admins a crate of the chillest champagne they got at Walmart!
